Alison: I'm mostly pissed off that my entire fanfiction is gone. I had 24 chapters or so an when my computer crashed it took everything. Then the site went too. If anyone has any idea how to get our stuff back let me know, please? I'm about to graduate from high school and it'd be nice to have that to look back on, from like 7th grade..

I only speak english, so i can't be much of a help in the translating part. But I am learning Japanese, so I can do some Japanese translations as i start learning new stuff. :) Oh and a good translating tool would be Google.com's language tool. You can translate webpages, phrases, whatever. It's not completely accurate (most online translators aren't) , but it's good for small phrases and what not. I use it to translate sites, such as inuyasha.com, and to translate conversations on the tag board. :)

The only language I can help out with a bit is Japanese. I'm pretty good with Spanish, and I have a ton of fluent Spanish speaking friends, so I can probably help if you need it. I also have one German friend (she came to our house as an exchange student!) and I keep in touch with her all the time, so perhaps she can help with the German aspect as well? I can ask, if you need me to!

Anyway, it's awesome that so many people will be able to get some of their stuff back! :) Good luck finding your own stories, everyone! The oldest topic was posted 236 days ago. That's about 2/3 of a year (120= 1/3, 120 x 2= 240, about 2/3) This has been gone for over half a year then. I miss it so much!!!!!!!!1:-(:-(:-(:-(:-(:-(

I'm very surprised too about this delay (I can understand that bulding a new site may be hard and time consuming, but I thought that putting the *old* site in read-only mode was non very hard and not very time-consuming)

I was already aware that the "very soon" steatment would has had to be hardly observed in strictly way, because I had known that just few time later that notice, Kagome had had some *extremely* busy months (Jan and Feb , as I can remember)

But I thought too that this read-only old site woukld have be opened soon (not *very* soon, ... but "a bit" soon anyway).

I'm going to urge Kagome about it
